I mean that's really it. Billion dollar company. Our manager didnt even gift us some measley points for Christmas.

Anyone with leadership was let go. What's left is control freaks who like watching drama, take no accountability and lack the ability to reflect on their decisions.
@bk Actually it is quite the contrary. A good leader takes care of the people underneath them. A good leader fights for his people and stands up for his people. And that’s the difference between a leader and a boss. So I guess then based off of your assessment, there are NO leaders in this company only bosses.

What a selfish, childish take. You aren’t owed a Christmas present from your boss, you’re owed a paycheck for work you perform. I wouldn’t be inclined to buy you a Christmas present either.
Grab some cheese with that jug of whine. You get a pay check right? No one is forcing you.
If you have this much time to complain then you sure have too little to do. They are your manager not your friend or daddy.
