CES results will be quietly released in July when everyone is on vacation or people are preoccupied with EOIs or layoffs. In other words, they will be invisible. Expect the usual headlines, "CES results are good, and have identified areas for improvement", which have been used for the last 15 years.

There’s a reason there are new questions every year and old questions that got dropped… so that you can’t track change in performance for more than a year in a row

Our team lead shared them. They were way better than I expected so I chalked it up to simps trying to brown-nose their way into keeping their jobs.
