OP isn't advocating for violence. HCAD is a public search tool. I encourage this. Maybe they'll shake in their boots if they receive food they didn't pay for. Yes, these petulant children deserve to have petulant child pranks on them.
To those saying that this is too personal, think about is: what these leaders do to you at work affects your personal life, too. Stress, mental health, pay, career progression, layoff. Seems like the only way for some of them to listen is to start getting personal.
