Are any ABU selections in 2H? Lots of really good technical people not in the 1H announcements.

ABU HR is well and truly due for a trim. Too many high psg doing not so much. Good riddance when the time comes

Did all of ABU go in 1H or are some going in 2H?

Shoutout to the self-serving, unqualified manager downvoting this thread. Nothing screams strategic leadership like emotional manipulation and late night forum policing. Truly inspiring stuff bud.

ABU is the plaything for those who can't relate to or understand human beings. The leaders swung in on the 2012 bo-m and remain in joyous shock at their pay and benefits. It desperately needs a clean sweep, investigation younger leadership. This applies not just to the cesspit that is SCM but MnR and both sites. Until the self interest is addressed, people will suffer. Anyway, maybe next the one will get those that should be gone.

Why does the ABU with a significantly reduced IT have a PSG 27 dingbat digital leader?

Has been a gentle glide path for a lucrative landing for some very 'busy' non achievers. The upshot is that the old workforce that missed out this time is now mentally standing still waiting for the next time.

We’ve got a handful of narrow-minded, odd leaders and workers here with a complex—and they’re likely sticking around for years to come. In short: we’re blaze. we’re meh.

@bj What you've stated is simply untrue. But YOU keep telling yourself whatever helps YOU sleep at night.

I’m not even in SCM, but the rot is hard to miss. While the rest of the business is losing qualified engineers, SCM used the reorg as a golden opportunity not to lift standards, but to promote incapable leaders. The result? A travesty. Uneducated sociopaths, some without even a high school certificate, now sitting in cushy global roles lying through their teeth and somehow sleeping just fine at night.
