What if you didn’t get left standing

Yes, if you worked until April 1st, you will receive a prorated CIP in 2026. It will be calculated in the "middle" of your payscale range. You need to read CVX docs, not be coming to this mo--nic webpage for your answers. You could also call HR or Payroll and probably get the answer above.
@bj it would be paid at the normal time (next year );because we’d need to wait for the company multiplier
@bp HR trolling? Why would they do that? They’re in scope too, and will be one of the hardest hit. HR is not the enemy… unless you’re having performance problems.
Some people did not pay attention to the FAQs :)
Is HR all over this site trolling with thread after thread of questions that are clearly answered and highlighted at the LP site?
Will be prorated to 7/12th (January - July).
However, I cannot recall if they will pay it with the severance package or next March 2026.
Anyone can chime in please ?
Do y'all even read? It's in the FAQ. Prorated
Would EOI also be able eligible for prorated CIP?
@a3 Not all people left standing are deadwood nonperformers. Some were left standing because there’s just no position in the new organization for the. If you have nothing productive to share, two words of advice: SHUT UP.
Lol, why would they be eligible?
Yes. But pro rated for the duration of the year you’ve worked. So worked through June (6/12) would earn a 50% of your allocated bonus
