@cw 6/1 is the official date for the people in that state that received the notice on 3/31. Even though they cut access they get paid through 5/31 and receive benefits through 5/31 as if they are employees. That is how they comply with WARN
Beautiful how they say start 6/1/2026 for the WARN notice!!! and no info on what happened 4/1?
@bh This will be ongoing until they see the numbers stabilizing. But we are looking at large numbers and a firm that does not have a great strategy. It is Clay playing to LE’s ego and that is a great strategy for him.
Wonder who the software dev was from Texas, who somehow got listed in Washington’s WARN filing lol.

And that will be the ultimate downfall for the Company. It will not survive the Economic recession carrying this much debt. To survive, like Aztec priests, they sacrifice workers on the alter of AI.
Regardless of this particular notice, know that more cuts are most definitely on the way. This is Oracle after all. And it’s all about the money. Always has been.
@bh I don’t think so. It says start date is 6/1. First day of the new year.
That's the notice for the layoff that just happened. Not one coming soon.
