Did the commenters read the article?
Success was defined specific to projects that drove rapid revenue acceleration. Also, failures of said projects was often due to back-end integration, not to AI itself.

I don’t understand how 95% can be possible. Every single company has a chatbot (GenAI). And for as much as I prefer a real person, they have to be cost efficient. I use GenAI everyday. This study makes no sense to me, maybe 75% at best I’d believe.

AI can do some interesting reinterpretations of text, and generally does a decent job. However, it is not uncommon for it to misinterpret and posit as fact something that is the literal opposite of what exists or actually occurred.
It should in no way be relied upon, and I hope it leads to many legal actions.
