During his update that included discussion on safety and recent incidents he says 3 times to stay focused. (1) “We must work together to STAY FOCUSED.” (2) “…it is essential that we maintain our FOCUS on OE to ensure a safe and effective transition”. (3) “Thank you again for everything you’re doing to STAY FOCUSED, work safely, and keep our business moving forward”.
This feels like a lack of taking ownership and more of a reprimand, blaming the failures on a lack of OUR focus. Thoughts?

Do they honestly think we can focus when our livelihood is on the line? We have families to support and bills to pay. My priority is to do my job description - which at this point after he reorg is murky at best. That is what I owe them. Nothing more.
They’re just getting theirs. The richer they get, the more they think they are superior and the more out-of-touch they become.
