CEO Dennis Mathew’s said TWO weeks ago that the Optimum name is more than a name change, it’s who we are and where we are going, and that the organization was deepening its commitment to customers, employees, and the communities it serves. LOL. What a lying sack of 💩. Guy said that knowing this was happening. He can never be trusted again. Management’s word is meaningless. Hapless man, garbage company.

@bg Actually the fist layoffs/VRPs/Severances were in 2017. I was let go back then after 26 years with a severance package and then brought back just 4 months later when they realized they cut too many people. I was severanced out again this year and wouldn’t come back now if they offered me DM’s compensation package.
@bg union or non union this affects all field service operations, if your union contract has a successor clause written into it then it could become interesting, we will see.Thats also going to depend on if employees sign over to mas tech. Wait till we see what's on those documents..Best to all.
The employees af Starbucks who unionized have more Intelligence than those at Altice who didn’t unionize after the first layoffs in 2020. Many of you just sat back and watched this happen. Can’t say I feel bad at this point for anything going on .

Not to sure what happend today is legal. Not sure if the unions are smart enough to figure it out. What they should do is call one of the politicians they tell you to vote for and let this get some publicity.
