My partner got 4.25% yesterday. Employe 8 year

6% but the bonus payout was significantly less than last year despite the fact I outperformed every single metric

@hx because we were put under extreme pressure with stats for an entire year, threatened to be in a PIP by HR all the time if we didn’t meet our stats.
Not knowing that we were being fed absolute rubbish talk by Alex who was driving the company into the ground with his AI dribble.
Whilst all us employees at the bottom of the rank were constantly wondering is AI going to take our jobs and any day now we could be made redundant.

How are you all getting so much pay increase and when is bonus being paid out?

I usually got 2~3% .. max was 7.5% after promotion wth!! my friends in other companies are getting 10% every year
