Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

"Leadership"

How long do we have to endure MW and MN? Their presence is like a lingering infestation—impossible to shake. They've clearly lost the confidence of both the team and the supporters. At some point, leadership has to be held accountable. A head coach who deflects all blame onto the players while basking in media attention as if he's the savior is not a leader—he’s a liability.

OP I have an idea. Why don’t you phone up the Board, explain the situation, and volunteer to come in and fix it as the next CEO? I’m sure they will see the light when you explain it to them.

"leadership has to be held accountable."

They gave MW and ELT a raise! At some point people need to stand up and stop allowing this type of behavior.

MN to retire end 2026. MW to retire end 2027 but stay on as Chairman and a new CEO from outside Chevron will be brought in.
