I'm incredibly frustrated. I got the news last Wed, but my "official" last day is the 15th and they said that's when I'll receive the termination letter...Very annoyed because my paycheck this week was half of what it should have been, since I was immediately locked out of the system and couldn't submit a timecard last week. Really frustrating when you have daycare, bills, and life to pay for! Has anyone gone through HR and gotten their time in so pay isn't disrupted? I should be on the books paid for up until 10/15. I'm just loathing having to jump through all the hoops to actually speak to someone in HR...getting a hold of an actual person is such a PITA

I have had pretty good luck with the web form they mention. Not saying it is perfect, but seems to be better than phone or email (although in some cases they end up directing you to a specific email).
@bf on the biweekly pay, I should have gotten two weeks pay this Wednesday. I always get “paid early”, but was short a whole week bc I couldn’t submit for the prior week
I did not submit my timecard for the second week, and it was actually deposited on Monday instead of Thursday without me doing anything. You may have it 3 days early!
@b1 Don't use the link, just send email to the payroll email address and your manager. I wouldn't bother trying to call in, and I don't expect too many links to work any more.
I can echo that the link provided by the company in the FAQ was non-operational. I dialed the number provided, which was a terrible phone tree parroting an email alias. I guess they haven't completely displaced HR with AI agents just yet. Poor form.
Send an email to payroll and your manager that you have hours worked that have not been submitted. they will probably need your employee ID. Your manager can and will submit your hours for you.
That happened to me, so that's what I did and did get paid for those hours.
