@c9 if you r retired why do u care what happens here? Enjoy retirement. Get some hobbies. Travel. Sleep late. Reading the posts here will take years off whatever life you have left

They’re being strategic about it. RIFs aggregate within 90 days, so they are avoiding this being viewed as a “mass layoff”. So expect small waves of RIFs over a huge RIF over the next 6 months. It’s all about maintaining that “Most Ethical” award.

From past experience, the RIFs usually happen around Thanksgiving or the first week in December. So happy I retired!

Any guesses: Before the end of the 4th quarter? HCSC and/or Cigna transitioned employees? Clinical and/or non-clinical? For the Medicare Advantage LOB, how much can they cut without CMS looking into it?
