Layoffs should be targeted for impact - the CEO, the CFO, the head of strategy for c suite. All people managers should be given a basic test on LC and MS. If they don’t know a thing about our products, they should be RIFed.

The quarterly analyst call Udit spoke about how they "cut costs" during the pandemic. This was in reference to a question from one of the analysts about "cost synergies' with the BD merger.
Middle managers must be scared
I can list a lot of them just talking non stop in the hallways and pretending to be busy af as if they are working

Maybe they could start with certain team leaders that spend more time out of their area talking and seem to take it as an insult if you ask them a question than actually doing their jobs, might be a place to start
