Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

CEO and HR exec

There has been news about a CEO and a HR exec. This is mothing new. It is rampant at SF. The exact same thing was done with an operations manager and a HR rep 40 years ago and cost the operations manager his marriage. There is much more of this within the company going on daily especially in the management ranks. These are people that are making big money and hold employees accountable for their behavior. Typical SF leadership.....OK for me but not for thee. Give them nothing and trust them with nothing. I don't! Their values, ethics and morals su-k!

Tippy’s sudden departure with scant explanation and subsequent absence from any reference in the Code of Conduct booklet says volumes. Sadly, the damage was already done.

Mr. Ethics and Morality perceives feedback as a threat. Everything anyone needs to know "Judge not, that you be not judged."

OP is a loser that posts this same lame story over and over again. Who cares? You are a worse human than those who have sinned because you sit upon your mini high horse and judge others. Retired, bored, busy making comments about some women in yoga pants and a sports b-a picking up her bagel basket at Panera while you sneer and whisper about others business in the corner booth with the other retired SF lifer's. Anyone who preaches their morality and casts judgement, especially on an annon web page, is a lowly dog tu-d. "Substance abuse, infidelity, I'm a great human others are flawed." Blah, blah, blah. you will be surprised what waits for you. It's not too late to stop being a piece of garbage human.

So sad when a man or a woman can't find a life outside of their job. Either lazy or stupid!

@bf Nope! If it is unethical and immoral from people who preach it and hold others to account for it, it is well worth the exposure. People who live these lifestyles need to get exposed. So many at SF. Old saying: Give them enough rope, they hang themselves.

@OP Don't you ever get tired of concerning yourself with other people's personal lives?

Just think for a moment. If these people cannot be trusted making a promise before their spouse and God, what makes you think they can be trusted in a position to honestly be a leader for all the people who are under them. I was naive to think that success comes from ethical and responsible people. It is the opposite at SF. It is the complete opposite. It is like the people who tell everyone they have a perfect marriage when they go home drink heavily and abuse their spouse. There are many of these types at SF. It is all image when in reality it is total rot on the inside in reality. What made SF #1 is this was at one time nonexistent until the sons, daughters, and friends took over the business. I feel sorry for the younger generation who is coming out of college and has to look and deal with this mess.

This happens up and down the chain we had a married couple that would go off during and work mess around while in office. Currebtly now one remains divorced and she remarried not even to the guy she was messing around with. Plus she even quit and came back and got a management position as an ETM. Good people can't even get promoted to TM but if your are a $k4nk, quiet then get rehired you will get a TM position.
