Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Hunger Games

We need to flip this around. If the leaders want the hunger games, then let’s give them the hunger games. Push and speak up at every opportunity. Use these town halls to let them know that we’re calling their bs. Make their day worse than the previous. And if you get sent out, AEOI or otherwise, be as loud and honest as you can. Remember, they wanted this.

Fire is catching…

Thanks for taking a half way decent post and making it full of garbage. Can’t even stay on topic and have to go over the edge with politics.

I certainly hope he does destroy it. Maybe the loser parasite bottom feeder lower 50% will have to step up to the plate through sales tax tariffs and inflation? Not likely though. They will get a bail out, as usual. Natural born workers with integrity will still have to work and have-not parasites will still be s,ukling at the gubmint teet. Nothing ever changes

I was originally going to push the AEOI button. But it looks like DTJ is going to destroy the economy. WTI is $67 and falling, stock markets are crashing, tariffs will increase prices and reduce demand. Elon is also destroying all Federal programs that help people. Since the prospects of getting another job are grimmer every day, I think I will now try and stay so I can support my family. What a mess.

Too dramatic for me. Just roll with the change. We all signed up for industry volatility when we hired on.

It’s all been incredibly well organized and planned. You just don’t know the amount of work that’s been put in over the last 8 months. It’s the most coordinated reorg chevron has ever executed. When you figure out most people are not doing what they need to be then cuts are easy

They have no plan. Org charts aren’t even out because they have no plan. They stacked the leadership with the same people that got us into this mess but want us to have different results around culture with that same layer of laziness dodging accountability.
