Thread regarding MetLife Inc. layoffs

How often are you in a super stressful situation?

Every job is stressful at times. Sometimes a period is stressful, and then comes a period that is much more relaxed and so on. However, I no longer remember the day in this company when I was not in a super stressful situation. Every, and I mean absolutely every day is a nightmare. I will definitely resign soon.

@bdu+1ffbyg05 I would not feel remotely bad about going out on STD for anxiety and burnout. Maybe if more of us did it they'd actually do something about the workloads.

On top of the crazy workload now I have to worry about RTO. The commute, the protocols, my safety, I have so much anxiety my hair is falling out. Help!

At my previous company, I had a team of 8 doing the work that they expect me to do solo. The workload at this company is not sustainable.
