Definitely the week of May 4th is when there will be a new CEO announcement. Hopefully new ExCom and elimination of numerous VP positions. Time to drain the Ken Washington and Greg Smith swamp.

@aj Layoffs happen all year every year, you clown. Not all of them are 1000 people. Sometimes it's just 2-3 at a time.

Elliot’s $5-7 Billion investment is in the red with two board seats. They could have made ~40% 1 year return by investing in $SPY. This make absolutely no financial sense unless they are unloading massive debt.

@aj you must be newer to the company. It will be first week in May because there wasn't a WARN letter (that I could in MN). I was laid off a few years back the first week of May. You get 60 days before severance to avoid notifying the state.

They will call you back as a contractor if they still need you. This is how it works.

Enough rumors that I believe in May.

My gut is that the difference from the last round is going to org restructure, in addition to lower headcount. Will have to wait and see. Curious how robotics makes it through this.
