There is a hot rumor they will be looking to replace P4s by laying them off and replacing with P2. Cheaper labor to save a buck and boost the numbers.

Since this thread is a duplicate, I’ll add a stupid anecdote.
I worked with a guy named Jose, and he was a Senior Manager.
But in his signature, his title was Senor Manager. We never told him.
