PULSE Survey => truly a waste of everyone's time + expense. Never any accountability from the survey and life goes on.....
Pulse surveys should be stopped as a cost cutting measure . They provide nothing in comparison to the price.
@OP You think any of it matters? Grow up.
They simply use it as a tool to try to guess who said what in the survey based on writing style and phrasing.
It has ZERO to do with improving things or addressing concerns.

correct way to handle it. We had a couple of people give low scores a few years ago and the Director nearly died. We spent almost an entire YEAR on weekly calls over stupid stuff that is completely irrelevant. Don't hurt their feelies, it just isn't worth it and nothing changes for the better
I am front line sales with many years experience and never commented on the pulse negatively and was still on the RIF list. I don’t think any of that is tracked or matters TBH.

Vz is worth saving.
It’s always best to rank all the highest and do no comments. They don’t give a sh-t about feedback and the fury of leaders that get bad scores just isn’t worth it. It just leads to more work and follow ups. Everything is great. Everything is awesome. Proud to be vz!!!!
