This company does not suffer from disorganization. It suffers from a colder affliction: the systemic replacement of human regard with mechanical indifference. Not moral confusion—moral abandonment.

Where there were once people, there are now functions.

what customers....the stores are empty. nobody goes in there like the rest of the telco. you are like us cellurar was bought. eveybody went to the companies wihout stores. they never went to stores and just went through website companeis. layoffs in all the telcos will continue....they won't stop.....layoffs wont wont stop!!!! love the new 2020s

@jb If your VP was legacy Yellow, yeah, I'd believe they'd fire you. When I was laid off in the group of 5K in 2023, Magenta operational procedures in Engineering had gone through being "Sprintified" and development of new systems ground to a halt. And then they asked why things couldn't get done.

I am bound to be laid off since I am a pot stirrer. The was this company waste money, going with higher bids, contractors that do sh-t work and tmobile ppl have to clean up the mess and the list goes on. Trip over the dollar to save a dime

I was fired for this part, "be a cog. Snap in, stay quiet, and produce. Don’t question". As a legacy Magenta, I push back to my VP about the company adopting Yellow policies and politics ultimately slowing down the machine.
