David Graebar wrote a book titled Bullsh*t Jobs which basically suggested around half of private sector jobs are useless. The 5 categories are flunkies, goons, duct tapers, box tickers and taskmasters. I'd suggest ABU is dominated by dust tapers who provide temporary fixes to problems that could be fixed permanently. The other dominant group are taskmasters who create extra work who do need it.
What about other BUs?

@bat, you sound like someone who still thinks Facebook is just a site for publishing college face books, and that Reddit is just designed for sharing things read. Online communities evolve and form organically. This is no exception.
Sheesh, is this The Lonely Hearts Club or a layoff board? You’ve got some poor buggers sweating over when the axe is gonna fall, and then you've got others treating it like the community noticeboard down at the local pub. Just a casual scroll through, mate – "Lost dog, free couch, and oh, don't mind me, just waiting for my pink slip."
