Same here, but I had to relocate from warm climate to NE. Very close to 50% increase and haven't heard the word "yield" once (I did ask my manager and he said we are R&D, what's yield?). I've only been here a month, so it's too soon to compare to the toxic workplace at HON. Right now I feel that I traded up.
No fat tax... LMOA! They got squeezing their employees down to a science!

Congrats! I took my job with Honeywell after being unemployed for 7 months...two years in I realized it was really a "survival" job and not any place worth sticking around. My new job also has amazing pay and benefits. Good riddance to Honeywell
The most important benefit (and an intangible one) that I got from my new employer is the opportunity to work in a good culture. I hope that it may save few years of my life from dying with stress previously. I got everything other tangible benefits mentioned in this post.
And 100% WFH, which Is my preference, though I understand it isn't everyone's preference, so no need to discuss the upside/downside of that here. Just an added benefit in my case.
