Start looking now- tell no one you are looking. Also back up your files on hard drive now so you have them. If they do decide to let you go they will lock down your computer and you will NOT be able to pull things off ( well G drive works but that will take forever ) do it now.

If you receive a 2, get out as soon as you are able. This is all a coordinated plan directly from Bill Brown. You will never regain footing once you are identified as a cut.

You are correct. I caught he-l trying to even give out 3’s. I felt my team performed well and held the line against a push for more 2’s even though they weren’t deserved. In the end, even 3’s got only 2%, so it wasn’t about budget, it was about process of picking the next to push out the doors. HR is also going to push for RTO Billy-badging to justify. If they want you out, they’ll do it, so make them pay as much as you can until it’s your turn

What was your performance rating for 2025? Was there any indication from your ‘25 review that you were not meeting expectations? Seems like this is the new way they are using to sc--w employees and get rid of them without offering a severance…cause $20M/yr is not enough to get by on in these hard times.

Yes, start looking right now. But did they not try to pay you to leave now? Regardless, a PIP is Management's way of telling you to leave.

Just job hunt and give your manager he-l. haha. Nothing to lose by leaving this company. The payouts are so poor now that you don't lose much by leaving for a job somewhere else.

Take the money and run. Put as many miles between you and eternal dumpster fire as possible.
