Hey Mike…. With regular gas prices over $4 a gallon, how about some relief? Maybe a cost of living raise or the ability to work from home until things normalize again, at least hybrid

Everyone has some skill, it's not like 0 skill employees work for fiserv. Respect everyone that should be first rule at work.
Berkeley supremacy got my hybrid alright
It amazes me how many shills are on here. Or is it rocket boy? Well rocket boy, you are pretty much ready to crash land with the stock price
@h8 imagine being mentally slow and wanting to be a lazy slob and not wanting to drive to work like the rest of the globe. you pitiful vermit.
@cw imagine working for a fintech while being apparently tech illiterate.
@bt no, I just type it into teams and be like, "hey, ya know that thi g we were talking about, I have an idea, got a minute to chat on a call?"
Wow, so hard. Grow up and learn about how basic tech works.
@af it's sad that you work for a fintech and dont know how to use tech to collaborate. Maybe you should embrace learning commonly used tech. Maybe even that fancy new telephone thing.
Get your lazy b-m in the office
@dr Maximum amount of work is a joke. Minimize and guarantee slop work you mean
How many employees have free time to produce a proof of concept? None. Innovation is impossible at Fiserv. The corporate policies that get the maximum amount of work from the remaining employees means that innovation will never occur. There is no reason to go into the office.
@OP Another little toddler that seem to manage his life. Imagine having to go to work and you claim you can't find affordable gas as if you are a toddler or teen that needs to be cared for. You people are just loco.
Up $1 a gallon since last week in Coral
@b9 You mean look for another job
What about the magic of the spontaneous corridor conversation that emerges out of nothing? Can't do that via remote.
Be happy you have a job. Use the time to find hybrid or remote if that's what you really want.
CA irs $5+ per gallon.
Just don’t come in. It clearly adds no value, places you in a sh---y open office environment where you’re talking over each other on teams calls, and you don’t get compensated for it. Job gets done better from home, so are they really going to fire you? Psycho Frank is gone. More people that just stay home the better.
I'm sure many of you voted for this, so, no. Deal with it. The rest of us have to.
@ac the parking lot design is a disaster and the parking deck plan is a waste of money
@af
“Collabotation needs” can be met from anywhere anytime using teams. Don’t waste peoples time with that draconian BS.
Why dont they give all building 2 days a week like BH? Only fair right?
Collaboration needs don't vanish at a specific gas price threshold. Fully embrace RTO, for the good of Fiserv and your job.
If they won’t do it in Milwaukee with the now 7-10 year freeway project started making travel into and out of the office an absolute nightmare it’s not happening. Unless of course you’re in NJ since they messed that up from the start.
@a5 because the nj parking lot is a liability waiting to happen.
How come NJ gets to work from home 2-3 days a week + have an additional 10-20 days WFH? That’s 106+ days a year vs everyone else getting only 15 days
