Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Long Term Incentive stock bonus - is it real?

Can anyone confirm or deny if they actually got it? I thought only senior leadership and people managers got raises or bonuses last year and this year? It's going to be hard to keep ANYONE on long term let alone the talented people if there's another year with zero extra compensation for 2026.

@ch insolvency in 6 months. Glad you are pitching in, but nobody else is and the SLT is bailing. Unfortunately, you drank the Kool Aid. If you think this is false information, just look at the Q3 financials. The are public and tell the story. Get someone to help you if you cant read them...

@aj
Jack..ss response. As a minority employee who has a standard 60 hour work week and worked on order of 6+ weeks per year more than 80 hours over the last 6years. I really hope your being sarcastic; otherwise, I perceive you as an ignorant person making judgement without knowledge.
YesI am a 35+ year employee who is giving my all to preserve this company. Quite honestly I stopped visiting this board years ago due to ignorant comments, comments from disgruntled former employees and just flat out competitors stirring trouble with misleading or false information. Seems it is the same bull…s*t now.

I used to get about $50k per year. Lost around $100k when IRIF'ed. I think the last batch was valued around $18 per share so, roughly, the last third would have been worth $18k at award and $3k at sale.

@b9 The Channel side spends more money schmoozing partners and would- be, and never will- be partners that it's not funny. Both sides of the pond guilty. They're losing more money than the direct side of the business.

I feel like a lot of talent is gone now. The marketing org has been gutted. Same with channel side… LTI I have not seen in a couple years. Cant see it coming back. Based on our debt load and sad state of stock price and credit rating. The end is closer than most care to realize…

What are you talking about? It's very easy to keep talented people at Xerox. Employees don't need money, they have unlimited days off and ERG groups to make them feel good.

I got an LTI a few years ago, the award was something like $4k per annum.

Today the $4k for 2023 is worth $650.

Not going to buy much down at Walmart.

Some incentive !

I have LTI. And it is still in place. They way it works is you get a sum of shares, let’s say 3000 shares. They get assigned to your Morgan Stanley account. And will vest over time. Let’s say 3 years. So once a year for three years you’ll get access to them and can then sell them if you see fit.
