I believe today’s layoff is a poorly timed and misguided decision. With the stock market showing signs of bottoming out, this is the time to invest and grow—not pull back. These unnecessary cuts are demoralizing and ultimately counterproductive.

A lot of the layoffs were top paid remote workers. Regardless of position or product. They gutted mostly acquisition talent leaving products like AMD, MF, ZIX .... All to grow the India centers. Backend applications almost completely unsupported

The competitor would be doubled over laughing because they finally saw their lifelong rival crash and burn overnight, and it all went down so fast and wild.
I wonder how the company is not breaching customer contracts by trimming the agreed deliverables.
Leadership at OT is lazy. Why would they stress about about how to be successful and grow?
