You don’t really need a DM to drive results which come from the top anyway, just need AI for that.

DMs already have 12 to 15 branches which is a pretty good bit. I could see a couple RE’s being cut but it’s still pretty efficient right now a it is seems like. We aren’t closing too many branches anymore and are back into growth mode. I smell BS here.
