Nothing personal, but get rid of anyone who has FOBO too since they would not have that unless they are actually obsolete. Cold, yes, but we live in late-stage capitalistic times now and this is the only way to regain an edge and squeeze more shareholder value out of the Oracle rock. And remember, in our society the only thing that matters to our system is shareholder value. If you believe anything else then you have been played.

Oh, there is plenty of value added. And you might be surprised how low the checks actually might be.
