"I do not know what’s going on" @OP
Your management material!
Who cares. Just do what you’re told and collect your paycheck.
Time is for you to leave and look for a new job. Get going….
@b8 yep. Not even Dan! Three tiers above me was part of this and they checked out so it's utter chaos in my area!
Act now to transform culture to deliver breakout performance.
@OP Because. No. One. Knows.
I plan to deliver on AI, stay scrappy, fill out pulse surveys, volunteer, and delight in all I do. Our shareholders have bestowed on us a world class opportunity to deliver sustainable growth.
BAU...I mean BAU.....leaders are still the same what can you expect?
There is always a.plan.
It's always a bad plan that even the lower pay band workers can poke holes in, and it always inevitably fails.
But there isnalways plan.
"CHANGE ENERGIZES US!!!!!111one"
We're largely in the same position.
I'm having to push back on any workload that may cause me to fail to deliver as ultimately them getting rid of colleagues and people from teams that supported us wasn't my decision.
Going to be an interesting year!
No new direction either. Just be “customer centric” but otherwise business as usual… same plodding along giant ship
You don’t have a need to know. The adults are making the decisions. Just be a good minion and press the button and respond to slack.
Do your job
