There’s no other way of saying, if layoffs create you anxiety start applying to other company.
This will not end until 2030, if you’re on a high cost location and/or wrong office your performance evaluation bar is higher and a performance firing can happen, every quarter a team or person here and there gets an invitation to search for better opportunities. Reorgs are just starting.
