Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

I know JD used to be in Nike's board before he became CEO

and Tim Cook is also on Nike board for long time.

Is there correlation between Tim Cook and Nike's braindeadness in last few years?

TC is basically ki-ling Apple with his bureaucratic approach.

Anyone who says that Nike is not a zombie is brown noser, a Nike troll.

Just thinking out loud, my two cents worth

@OP @a5 if you have been following the news, apple stock has been under performing last year or so like Nike.
The criticism on Apple is that ever since Jobs died they have stop innovating but concentrate on making money. A lot of money while coming out with same cr-p and nickel and dime their loyal customers.
And it is all pointing at TC's management style and philosophy. All the talents that created Apple are leaving the company including AI people. Whatever is left of that dept. (sounds familiar? Talents leaving?)
I read in a magazine when it comes to AI investment Amazon is 85 biilion and number 1, Microsoft and Google, Nvidia, Tesla and then Apple, with money they have in the bank, they should have been number one.

If you held Nike and Apple stock for a year, you would be called "dog of Dow" LOL

Samsung unveiled tri fold phone whereas apple is still coming out with same all boring phone that does not do any AI function.

It is lame that Apple got sued for lying to their loyal customers regarding their AI capability. LOL

If TC was Nike CEO, he would be making 10 different variation of Cortez. That is when I will miss JD, nah I am just fu--ing.

OP, you can’t get all your news from headlines. A man who invested $100 in both apple and Nike 5 years ago would have $200 in apple stock and $50 in Nike. Go look for yourself.

Don’t believe all the clickbait stories about apple’s decline. Their market cap is has most doubled in 5 years and Nike has halved . same story for revenue growth

Sounds like Tim Cook needs to come “ki-l” Nike.
