Naw. That sounds like a prem tech problem. They are like the red shirts on Star Trek. They aways die, we don't get to attached to those guys. The turnover rate is unbelievable.
Now if you talking about the core techs that are waiting until their retirement fund is a couple of million at age 60, then we have a conversation worth having.
