@be We’re all desperate for information, and sadly this seems like the only place to get it. I don’t understand the point of having waves 1–5—it’s just making people nervous.
The silence is a reminder of how disconnected THE MOST SR LEADERS truly are to those in their charge. #shakemyhead what a disappointing way to handle news of huge changes - terrible communication.
@b5 Should be but if your manager is by the book and you’re in a wave that isn’t until July or August then you’ll have to wait.
@b3 I am under Flavia but no word yet, management has yet to let my group know anything. Communication should be all at once cause this is a mess.
Customer Service is anyone under Flavia Duffy, NBS is anyone under Donna Lavigne and IT was suppose to have their own separate meeting. The waves to move to remote go through third quarter and managers are not suppose to tell you until 3 weeks before your wave date.
They removed the 250 mileage restriction so ANY employees that are remote can live in any of the designated 46 states.
The email originally said Customer Service which tells me it’s only for customer advocates and their supporting rolls! I sure hope I’m wrong!
