You do know Juan's doing what the board tasked him with?

@hv but we really haven’t been doing SAFe, that’s the bigger problem.
If you want to play a fun drinking game, take a shot every time Juan says anything about taking care of employees. (Spoiler: you will be stone cold sober any time you play this game.)
I have several concerns with him. One of the foremost is Juan comes from the same board that hired him. The group whose primary job is to assess his pay and performance hired one of their own. That strikes me personally as very unethical.
We have been working the worst part of 1990s innovation for awhile now. It is called SAFe Agile. Better known as Extreme Micromanagement or was that Extreme Programming. SAFe Agile has a solid record of failing in every large organization that tries to implement it. Even the acquisitions community in the U.S. Air Force said that SAFe Agile is terrible and kicked to the curb awhile ago. And those folks are the kings of Waterfall.
i'm more of a Why Not give him a try?
What's been going on has NOT been working. It hasn't been a good company to work at. So give it a try.
that said, still interviewing externally!
Because Juan is going to be the worst parts of Wayne and the worst parts of 1990’s innovation. It feels like we are at blockbuster or Kodak in their final days.
Wrong take on the bank. The bank is dead weight they are laying off piece by piece trying to find a buyer. We are actively not doing anything daily other than barely maintaining accounts. Everything else is just propaganda.
Shut up
Huh? Why is Bank team calling the shots for the whole Enterprise? They are a wounded buffalo causing a bunch of headaches.
He's only the front, Bank Team is running the show and calling all the shot. I still hate him tho, my personal opinion only.
