Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

RTO or what

We need to organize a walk out or a call out! Lets take control of our fate. Is anyone up for this Thursday & Friday (Feb. 13 & 14) we can do 2 days back to back. Everyone can start spreading the word to each campus site in the US and remote workers.

I am remote, no more building in my state. i was trying to stand with everyone, but if you only want to cry and vent then have fun going back to the office su-kers.. Unless ya people want to do a strike or organize a union lets try to do something. They cannot fire you for going on strike or creating conversations about starting a union. We need to blast this on X. Reddit. Hashtags all over. lets get this to everyones attention and do it right.

That poster only posts during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. So they are getting paid to read these posts.

@b5+1jkr2re7a Not entirely true. Before the FD merger, Fiserv embraced remote work. Many were completely work from home, like my first manager, or at the very least there was not the culture of distrust and monitoring software that is prevalent at the company today. That’s what is most disappointing - we were treated as adults and were trusted to get our work done. Now executive leadership has taken a lazy, one-size-fits-all approach and are ruling by a culture of fear. I think most people are more frustrated by the slow decline of what was once a great company to work for rather than working in the office. Little by little, these decisions have decimated employee morale. Such a shame. I used to be #FISVProud, not anymore.

My mind walked out along with my loyalty to this sewer-plant of a company a long time ago! My new mindset is clock-the-f@&k-in and clock-the-f@&k-out ! I DO NO MORE and NO LESS!

Omg grow up. Clearly you’re new to the workforce. Before Covid everyone was in the office 5 days a week. Time to come back. People worked in the office all week before, now they will do it again. These RTO bi$ch sessions are old and repetitive. Good greif.

Presidents’ Day. The day they took from us, let’s all call out!

Ngl I don’t know how many people will risk their employment to do a walkout. As much I’d want to join…they’ll just use cameras to see who is at the walkout and eventually fire them. Fiserv Upper Management has shown we do not matter. We can be easily replaced. Now if it’s 10-15% per office doing a walkout then it may shed some light.
