Seems crazy. But it's Fiserv. If true, survivors are sc--wed. Some teams are already on life support.

@b4 If they don't do basic parts of their job yes. The truth is managers put recommendations. There is no care for visa or not it is about finding the easiest people that can be let go.
How is it crazy. Half of the employees make a lot of work for everyone else. Stop making my workday harder than it has to be.
Not all needs improvement are being cut. It won’t be 15-20% this time anyway. AI has a bit further to go.
APAC is next week
I heard APAC teams got an above average number of PIPs this year but nothing about layoffs. Nor in EMEA. Maybe it's coming.
Lincoln's bloodbath was 100% US full time associates. An entire support team plus others (including a cube-sleeper or two).
Any H1Bs affected? Everyone I know that was cut is a US citizen.
My team died along time ago. The ones that are left are waiting to be fired or sold 📴 😔
