I do my job and I do it well, just not on nights and weekends. My manager clearly wishes I'd give more of my personal time but here I am, still employed. Guess setting boundaries isn't the career ki-ler they want you to believe.

There's a few people who get nothing done that they are paid to, and leave 3:30pm daily.
Who exactly can blame them if the company enables them with corporate social welfare for mental disabilities for years.
As for everyone else doing their job, take pride in it and go home on time. See your partner or relax a few hours so you can sleep properly. But learn to do your job well and reflect on how to do that when you're not working. It will pay off in not letting the company you're at make you a less capable person in the long term.
@b4 lol. I've pretty much done the same as OP for the 10+ years I've been employed there, with the exception of when its my turn in the on-call rota.
