But go up the ladder, and the incompetence and arrogance just skyrocket. I've never seen anyone truly skilled or deserving get promoted. This team could do amazing things with the right management. But nope. Not a chance in he-l we'd ever get a decent one.

Agreed. Belks only covers 2 or 3 states now. Quit posting long posts about nothing that matters in 47 states. It's a dýing company with no future. Next year you will gripe about Kmart or Sears. Blockbusters! Service Merchandise. Maybe Brendles or Richs. Parisians!
