@qy Totally agree - way too personal. Too many brave little keyboard warriors tapping away defaming theor colleagues. Things aren't great at the moment, but referencing specific people/small teams is over the line.
@qs I don’t who those people are at all, but this site is filled with toxic name calling and personal attacks on people who have done nothing wrong. Management have made many mistakes and lack of transparency is frustrating to keep checking here, but the amount of putrid things I’ve seen posted on this forum is mind opening how horrible some of the people who work here are as human beings.
@q1 I know who most of them are. Didn't have them down as schmoozers nor mo--ns? What makes you describe them as such?

Well, judging from today's earnings call and the market reaction (TROW down 9%), I'd say, yeah, more layoffs are probably coming soon.
Rob on the call: "While we're headed in the right direction, there remains room for further improvement."
You couldn't make this stuff up.

@ds so, so overdue. Active mgmt hinges on performance being better than the index. When it isn’t, people should be replaced. Never want anyone to lose their job, but it’s not working would be a fact.
I heard they’re finally letting go some of the deadweight in ISG. A few of the senior Investment Specialists have trickled out already. Now it looks like they’re going to get rid of some of the juniors that are a waste of headcount. I still don’t know what some of them do all day :]

OP here -- yes at least one today due to restrucuring. Monday. Hearing more for tomorrow but just rumours nothing concrete.
