If the RTO 3 Hunger games were not enough to pi-s off people lets introduce RTO 3.1 Hunger Games and remove about 1500 seats and close off Rotunda Center and see what happens on Monday Morning. GREAT MOVE FORD.

You can use Buddy Badging to help alleviate the number of times needed to actually drive to the office whilst still registering the minimum mandatory swipes needed per week. If you don't know what Buddy Badging is, please inquire amongst your piers.
Ford’s RTO rollout: bathrooms so scarce a guy pooped in the sink, no desks so employees squat on filing cabinets or the lobby floor, cafeteria replaced by expired premade sandwiches, and the parking lot overflow has people driving straight into the flower beds. At this point it’s less ‘return-to-office’ and more FEMA shelter cosplay.
@g8 This is amazing. It's funny because they can't do anything about it when we lead them on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just like this guy.

Ford doing what Ford does best, je-king people around.
I’m just loving this! You people should fight to the death for parking.
@bc This makes me feel sad... there was a lady who did that on the plane recently... she had food poisoning, it was out of her control...

i can't imagine the embarrassment he must have felt, especially since he can't hide at home from it all. RTO reminds me of the problems we dealt with regarding workplace mobbing. It was bad remotely, but it's even worse in person.
I hope he isn't around this site and reading these comments... on chance that they are, let me give you a giggle in solidarity-- sh-t happens man
Ford Land, three requests...
1) Please realise that the open office concept negatively affects productivity.
2) Hoteling is an artifact of COVID. If we're RTO 4-days a week starting 9/1 give us assigned workspaces. It's nice to have your coworkers nearby.
3) Ticket / tow ICE vehicles that park in EV charging spots.
@b7 yes, it really happened, the guy was embarrassed, it was an emergency
DDL was a $h!t show.
PDC had people packed in like sardines. Parking structures and lots filled to the brim. What a sh*t show.
@b4 Someone crapped in a sink?
Does anyone know about this? I have some friends that work in FN2 and they said it happened. https://www.thelayoff.com/post/@d7+1k29kbjzj
I am stunned at the amateurish manner in which RTO has been planned.
Five plus years post-Covid to craft a plan and we are served absolute garbage.
One more week of this and go ahead send me a badge non-compliance email and I will sh!t-can it immediately.
DDL was a mass of overflowing humanity today. I've never seen so many people in that building.
Not sure where 1500 people are going to go? Seems like there will be the same issue at another facility (e.g. no desks/chairs/parking).
