Does Meg install a new CFO sooner than later?

CFO just announced her new leaders so don’t think we will see a new CFO anytime soon. Or did she jump the g-n?
@b3 If BL said it was raining outside, I would go to the window to check. The guy never cared about anyone other than himself and his own remuneration package. This company will contine to suffer from his tenure for many years to come. I hope Meg gets rid of all his LT appointments. At least Elliott Management did us a favour by getting rid of Strategy Genius GC (LMAO) and were instrumental in the demise of HL.
@b3 KD is employed and received the highest performance bonuses because she is legally shrinking your salary by inflation theft.
Meg’s calculated and cautious approach is commendable. bp has legacy issues and deep seated fragility hence small systematic transformations are prudent. But, soon everything will roll back to the CEO. When the global economic crisis hits in earnest in 2027 bp will need a streamlined plan to reduce workforce to less than 55,000 from the current 100,000…Meg will win the record for single largest workforce reduction in bp’s history…
At this point I don’t care anymore. Please just increase my pay at least in sync with inflación. I remember years ago BL and GB both said inflation was “temporary,” so they don’t factor it into salary and wage increases. Guess what! It isn’t temporary. Six years later and I’m still basically taking a pay cut every effing year - even with positive performance reviews. They are stealing from us.
