Where are we with this? Is the BT / Private Equity move true ?

It looks like it will happen soon but probably early 2026
This also is proven way to create smoke and mirrors where investors and shareholders can’t compare past performance. Given the level of issues with the internal data, I say this is the only option!
@ak BT already created a legal entity for their INTL business, they will merge that with Vz
People at bt already leaking this loud and clear
@ak Bt sells international (US) to VZ and VZ sells International to BT, PE buys out a subset of the new VZ/PE merger, win-win for everyone.

Verizon competiting in International is equivalent of Rutgers Sports competing in Big10
@OP: where is this set of details being reported? PE, offer > US$50/share?
It's true, for parts of the VBG business the PE route is in good shape
Not sure how true this is as isn't BT trying to get rid of their International arm?
Isn't buying VZ Intl like cat sh-t rolled in litter
I heard it too. Good for shareholders in the short term but massive hurdle to pass through now upset Trump admin. DEI CEO replaced with another Looney Tune. Overall it will be massive distraction which Sam Hammock can use right now.
