All you have to do is pick something to go wrong on a Ford vehicle. Eventually it will.
Anyone, whether they work there or not, still buying Ford is stupid.
Good job, do you want a hero biscuit?
@bk you don’t stop a program with jira; you stop it with aims. (At least until that’s replaced).
My bad, it was on the Lightning. 3 years ago and I reported many defects on the Mules.

@b2
OP, thank you for the explanation.
Sorry that you were cut.
"It was originally reported against the Mach E."
I know man, reading hurts sometimes. Or did you mean this straight up BEV POS? Where is it made? Or is this "not a true model e product" either? No I believe it is THE original Model e product. What does this tell us?
This here's rich.
Is this the same genius move to remove separate gauges and use a panel screen like the 2025 F150?
The chief who approved this d-mb idea should be demoted or fired. Then fire the final approver Fartley
Management says quality is improving and getting better. You have to believe that, just like I believe in fa----s and unicorns.
Yes, I logged Jira Tickets over this and my manager and team was aware of. It was originally reported against the Mach E. Going down the road and the display would go black. This could have been so prevented but because of all the silos in Ford, the Jira left our team to the cluster team and who know what happened then.
This is one of the problematic legacy vehicles that Ford thankfully will replace with a BEV in the near future.
OP, can you please provide more detail? How did you document this?
Did you know there was a glitch in the software? Did you bring this up in launch meetings and management dismissed the issue? All gates were "green"?
