Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Cancel any calls before 9am

After they started making threat, i cleared all my calls pre 9am calls so i could BE in the office 8 hours min. They want 9 to 5 in the office, that's what they get. I suggest all do the same.

@d8 I’m still waiting for my layoff. Been trying for years. No luck, yet. I’ve pushed the envelope so many times, I’ve lost track.
I’m begging for a layoff and severance.

Driving around for no reason and sitting in a sea of distractions is actually the opposite of work.

Enjoy your layoff, it's coming.

If you want to take/make random calls at all hours of the day to justify being able to sit at home and play with yourself all day instead of going to work to do your job like normal people, thats your problem. This board is full of amazingly hard workers who all put in 16hr days when nobody is looking but are apparently scared ####less to have to actually come in to work to so others can actually witness them in all their magnificence. Imagine that.

Not sure why you'd take calls pre 8 am anyway, if it wasn't from your boss or other senior leaders.

Listen to yourselves. Why are you staying in a company that’s turning us into clockwatchers.
Let’s just bail. Life is too short to have a manager complaining to you for only being in the office 7 hours and 59 minutes.

No more talking with Indians at 6-7am works for me. I'll tell them its policy from the executive management. Its going to be very hard to find new hires that will work with 100% Indians, its a creepy environment as it is to say the least. If they don't like it, then give us a package, our brains are needed at better companies that respect their employees.
