Just a rumor but that’s what the halls are saying and why comp got pushed back. Again don’t hold me to it, just a rumor

Get rid of all the layers of management between the worker bees and SVP. We have directors (useless), VP (useless). Stick with the worker bees and one layer of leadership not 2-3
@bc 100%
@b1 the associate directors do ALL of the work on my team. I hope they don’t get rid of them. They are the ones who should run the company. The RVPs and VPs are just “work passers”.
They could literally slash half the Assistant Directors and above and nobody would even notice except the shareholders. Let that sink in. The worst management leadership I’ve ever seen. Everyone knows it at this company.
@a2 save here, although I haven’t been here that long, I would take a buyout if offered but a NDA is gonna cost em!
Leadership Change just gives the next Exec a few million. Sell some assets
If leadership DOES NOT change here every 3-6 months I assume something is up. Comp in a 400,000 company is a monolithic process. They could go through a business level CEO a week and nothing would change.
I think the only way a leadership change would affect the timing of creating comp statements is if changes are going to be made to the completed compensation plan.
That would probably not be a good thing.
@a2 FWIW, I know people who tried to accept that buyout option but were rejected, so apparently that option isn't even an option for everyone it was presented to.
Interesting. Definitely not hard to believe, but do you have a source?
are they going to get rid of the drunk driver running this org?
I wish they’d just give us a buyout option like UHG got so I can take a package and leave
