Early retirement packages offered 7/25 and decision by 8/11. Then RIFs are sure to come.

@ep Early retirement roles will not be backfilled. This is how they will meet financial goals. If this goal isn't met then RIFs to bridge the financial gap.
Early retirement notice should give 45 days notice for liability waiver forms to be effective? Humana only gives two weeks (decide by 8/11)? Seems pretty quick decision.
Early retirement emails go out Monday. Lower age requirement. RIFs to follow.
But don't forget to take the associate engagement survey to stroke egos. I have second hand embarrassment for this company.

Someone in my region, who I really liked, was here last Thursday but retired that Friday. There was no announcement, no send off or anything. I suspect she was offered.
