And how much did MW make selling? Lets see how many people know how options work.
I'm not sticking up for him, but if you were given options that have expiration dates, you'd sell as well.

The real money is in stock options. MW sold 164,600 shares at $160.13 at the end of 2024. All CVX Insider Activity is public.

With ranges like these stated in this post, no wonder the ELT wants to cut costs by offshoring US job positions. In the past 2 weeks, I have heard of a couple of retirements and now I know the people were forced out because no one is stupid enough to early retire from a job in that salary range. :)

Do you want just salary, salary + CIP, or salary + CIP + LTIP?

PSG 26 really isn't very high. Most people in a lot of technical functions will get promoted to at least a PSG 26. The mid-point of a PSG 26 on US payroll is significantly less than 400K. Other Countries such as Australia, Brazil, Nigeria get paid significantly more than US employees. All other countries have significantly better benefits. The US ranks last among industrialized countries relative to employee benefits like healthcare, paid leave, vacation days, unemployment and retirement.

I am in wells, grade 24. Back in the day (10 years ago) there were so many 26’s. Now it seems almost impossible to get there.
