I know it's early in the week, but has anyone found out what their AIP and merit is yet? Was hoping that manager would communicate today.

@b0 They're always so awkward too, on both sides. "You're wonderful, here's 1%." Just send me the pdf so that neither of us have to pretend we're happy about the 28 cents an hour that the millionaires in SLT approved for me.
Communication is scheduled between 3/3 and 3/11.

I can usually see my paycheck in Workday before the manager holds the Merit and AIP meeting with me. I would prefer they just email the PDF to me and drop the meetings. I can read and comprehend the message.
Managers do not receive final info until tomorrow morning. For me, I email to my directs same day. No one wants - or should - wait!
@a3 they did the same thing last year! I'll probably see the money in my account before I get the pdf. I don't understand why they make us sweat it out.

Highly doubt you will hear about it this week. It’s is usually a few days before payout. Since payout isn’t until the 13th I think you should hear by next Wednesday.
