Thread regarding TIAA (TIAA-CREF) layoffs

over $100k.. 2 percent salary and 100 percent of VC target.

Was specifically told pool was down, even for executives due to low profitability across top 200., and to expect more pressure from the top, whatever that means.

@b3 Agreed. "5% of my bonus" does not make sense at all for someone who received a "Leading" rating. "Leading" is 95-120% VC as a % of Target.

What does "only 5% of my bonus" mean? The numbers that make sense here are percentages of VC target.

From what I gathered, only about 25% of those over $100k for a raise - it was based on a pay band that gauges where they fall. Those over $100k that are topped out did not get a raise. Those within the lower level for a pay bump, albeit small.

none for me... did anyone here who makes over 100k get a salary increase?? As far as I know those who do don't unless for a select few...
